ReplicatAudio Software License Agreement

By installing or using ReplicatAudio software ("the Software"), you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your own computers for personal or commercial audio production.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the Software, the installer, or your license key with anyone;
Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Software;
Extract or repackage presets, samples, or other content included with the Software;
Use the Software to build competing products.

Your music is yours

Recordings, mixes, and compositions you create with the Software are your property, and you may use and sell them without restriction or royalty. License key

Your license key is personal to you. One license allows use on one computer at a time. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
